Notices for Winter Construction of Waterproof Material
一、基面处理
Surface treatment
（1）使用防水涂料时，基面应干净无水泥浮浆、油污以及其它杂物，清洗混凝土基面，使防水涂料能密切接合，有利于涂料发挥二次抗渗的效果。若常规清理不行的话，可采用钢丝刷刷洗、高压水冲等方法进行处理。
(1) When using waterproof coatings, the base surface should be clean and free of cement slurry, oil stain and other impurities, and the concrete base surface should be cleaned so that the waterproof coatings can be closely joined, which is conducive to the second impermeability effect of the coatings. If conventional cleaning is not feasible, steel wire brushing and high-pressure water flushing can be used for treatment.
（2）必须仔细检查是否有结构上的缺陷，基面的蜂窝、孔洞、裂缝及上下水管周边等先用堵漏材料调和的浆料填堵并抹平，尖锐的边缘及凸起物应铲除。对疏松多孔的基面应用防水涂料抹平，刮涂平整。阴阳角等节点处做成圆弧角（阴角R＞50mm、阳角R＞10mm）。
(2) It is necessary to carefully check whether there are structural defects. Honeycombs, holes, cracks on the base surface and the periphery of the upper and lower water pipes should be filled and smoothed with slurry mixed with leak-stopping materials. Sharp edges and protrusions should be removed. Apply waterproof coating to the loose porous base and scrape smoothly. The arc angle is made at the joint of Yin and Yang angle (Yin angle R > 50mm, Yang angle R > 10mm).
（3）施工前必须用清水彻底湿润工作面，形成内部饱和，以利于防水涂料借助水分向混凝土结构内部渗透。但要保持基面五明水，冬季施工应做一段湿润一段。
(3) Before construction, the working face must be thoroughly wetted with clear water to form internal saturation, so as to facilitate the penetration of waterproof coatings into the concrete structure by means of water. But in order to keep the five clear water on the foundation, a wet section should be done in winter construction.
二、局部底涂
Two. Partial priming
先按照从上到下、从左到右的顺序进行局部涂刷。要确保涂层厚度与施工推荐用量，否则浆料太稀或搅拌不匀，就容易起粉或起壳。可使用电动搅拌机，充分搅拌直至形成无粉团的均匀浆料，静置10分钟使浆料充分熟化后再进行二次搅拌。二次搅拌时应将搅拌器置于容器底部，不要做提升运动，以免浆料裹入空气，调好后的浆料应尽快用完。
First, local painting is done in the order of top-down and left-to-right. To ensure the thickness of the coating and the recommended amount of construction, otherwise the slurry is too thin or uneven mixing, it is easy to powder or shell.
